All shipments will be via UPS, USPS, or FedEx after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller's account.
When your shipment arrives, check it thoroughly. To report a problem, call or send a fax describing the issue. All problems must be reported within three days of shipment receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. The item must be returned to us, within seven days of receipt, in its original condition.
