Band Instrument Lease Program
So your student wants to play an instrument in the band. Congratulations! What a terrific opportunity for personal growth, friendships, and lifelong music learning. But, you are a rookie band parent and are nervous about how to proceed. We are here to help. Two of our staff have been public school band teachers and can help you through the process, from leasing or purchasing an instrument, to picking up the band book, reeds, and other accessories. We maintain a "Teacher Preferences" book, updated each year, so we know what your student's teacher requires. So, from the first day of school to the last concert of the year, you can be assured your student has the advantage of solid equipment and information.
Learning to play a musical instrument is rewarding and challenging. It is crucial to start your child on an instrument that works properly. We provide a quality, name-brand instrument in good playing condition. Each instrument has been carefully checked and adjusted by our professional repair technicians. During the nine-month period of the lease, we maintain the instrument at no charge to you.
In addition, we offer a Loss Protection Plan to cover accidental damage or loss.
In the spring, if you should decide to continue the lease into the second year, you may just renew your lease and keep the instrument 12 months for the price of 9 months. Essentially, you get the summer months for free.
What else does your student need--music stand, reeds, maintenance kit, books, oils, etc? We have all that and more, plus will help you choose the appropriate accessories.
